1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Yevdu platform (app or website), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all creators, visitors, and users of the platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use Yevdu
• You must be a resident of India
• You must have a valid email address and mobile number
• You must have a valid UPI ID to receive payouts
• One account per person — multiple accounts are not allowed

3. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator on Yevdu, you agree to:

• Upload only original videos recorded by you
• Only review products that you have genuinely used
• Provide honest, accurate feedback — no fake or misleading reviews
• Not upload content that is offensive, inappropriate, or violates any law
• Not upload content that infringes third-party copyrights or trademarks
• Not submit the same video to multiple platforms if it gets an exclusive license on Yevdu
• Maintain the quality standards set by Yevdu (minimum 30 seconds, clear audio, good lighting)

4. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the videos you upload. By uploading content to Yevdu, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Host and display your video on the Yevdu platform
• Show a watermarked, lower-quality preview to the public
• License your video to verified brands for commercial use
• Use your video for promotional purposes for Yevdu (with credit)

When a brand purchases a license to your video, they receive the right to use it in their marketing. You will be credited 50% of the sale price.

5. Payments & Earnings

• Creators earn 50% of the sale price of each video license
• Earnings are credited to your Yevdu wallet upon video approval
• Withdrawals are processed via UPI within 3–5 business days
• Yevdu is not responsible for delays caused by payment processor failures
• Earnings are subject to TDS deduction as per Indian tax law if applicable
• We reserve the right to withhold payment for videos found to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms

6. Video Approval & Rejection

All submitted videos go through a review process. Yevdu reserves the right to approve or reject any video at its sole discretion. Common rejection reasons include:

• Poor video or audio quality
• Product not clearly visible or mentioned
• Video under 20 seconds or over 120 seconds
• Misleading, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Fake or copied review
• Background noise or poor lighting

Rejected videos may be revised and resubmitted once the issues are fixed.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Create fake accounts or use bots
• Upload videos that you did not record yourself
• Provide false information during signup
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Harass other users, brands, or Yevdu staff
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose

8. Account Termination

Yevdu reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or causes harm to the platform or its users. Upon termination, any pending earnings for already-approved videos will still be paid out. Earnings for videos under review at the time of termination may be forfeited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Yevdu is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every submitted video will be purchased by a brand. Earnings depend on brand demand and video quality.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yevdu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost earnings, data loss, or service interruptions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
