5. Video Content & Intellectual Property

By uploading a video to Yevdu, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and sublicense your video to purchasing brands. You retain ownership of your original content. When a brand purchases your video, they receive a commercial usage license — not ownership of the video.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords (bcrypt), JWT authentication, and secure database storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Uploaded videos may be retained for up to 90 days after account deletion if they are part of active brand licenses.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• Export your data in a portable format
