How to request account deletion
If you created a Yevdu creator account and want it permanently deleted, follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@yevdu.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- Include the email address and username registered on your Yevdu account.
- We will verify your identity and process the request within 7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove:
- Your profile information (name, username, email, phone if provided)
- Login credentials and authentication tokens
- Wallet balance and transaction history linked to your account
- Uploaded videos that are not under an active brand license
- App preferences and account settings
What may be retained
- Videos already licensed to brands may be retained for up to 90 days to honour existing commercial licenses.
- Records required by law (for example tax or fraud prevention) may be kept for the legally required period.
Timeline
Personal account data is deleted within 30 days of a verified request. You will no longer be able to sign in after deletion is complete.
